COL. PEPPERS PAINTBALL USE POLICY

FIELD PAINT ONLY (FPO) POLICY

All players must use paint purchased from Col. Pepper's (2001) Inc. in our open play and private sessions. This incudes those that bring their own equipment. Paintballs not purchased from Col. Pepper's (2001) Inc. will not be permitted for use. Anyone caught using non-field paint will be asked to remove all contraband paint from their markers and may be removed from play if the problem continues.

BARREL COVER POLICY

Due to insurance safety requirements all players must have a barrel cover or plug on their marker at all times.If you are playing in a private party and choose to use your own marker you are responsible for providing all of the components necessary to play (i.e. tank, hopper, barrel cover etc). We will not part out any of our rental guns for players that are missing pieces. Players are NOT permitted to disassemble any of our rental equipment (including the barrel cover), to borrow any pieces of equipment that they may be missing. Unless otherwise permitted.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

All players must be 10 years of age or older in order to participate in paintball games. Minors (anyone under 18 years of age) must have a waiver form signed by a parent or guardian for the date of play. Waivers can be obtained ahead of time  WAIVER. Please make sure the waiver is signed and dated for the day of play.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Col. Pepper's (2001) Inc. does its very best to provide the most safe and secure environment possible for all of our customers but we cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items. It is your responsibility to make sure that all of your personal belongings and equipment are secured at all times.

RETURN POLICY

Col. Pepper's (2001) Inc. has a no return policy and all sales are final. Once your admission is paid for the day we will not refund it.

Waiver Form - Release of Liability

Every participant must complete a waiver form prior to playing.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, every individual that is going to play must submit a signed, date specific and witnessed waiver prior to play. If you are a minor (under 18), please have a waiver signed from your parents/guardians. Either you can download a PDF Waiver and get it signed to bring with you, or sign one in person when you arrive. Please click the PDF link to save time and sign before you arrive.

How old do you have to be to play paintball?

The minimum age for playing paintball is 10 years old. If you are a minor (under 18), please have a parent or guardian complete a waiver for you prior to play.  You can also have the waiver form signed at home by downloading and bringing it in with you.
